Hitachi Kokusai is following recommendations by the US government and health authorities to minimize risks for our employees, customers and their families during this exceptional global COVID-19 pandemic.

We have implemented procedures to allow employees to work remotely whenever possible. We are also reducing the physical presence of staff in our New York and Los Angeles facilities.

Hitachi Kokusai is promoting virtual meetings and avoiding physical meetings, whenever possible. We have access to web-based teleconference tools for customer communications and virtual meetings. We’re asking our sales and service teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible.
